ReStl Designers, Inc. is a 38-year-old, full-services, minority-owned Structural Engineering firm with corporate headquarters in Washington, DC. We have a proven track record of success on a wide range of project types, including over 60 Marriott hotels, over 85 Higher Education facilities, over 100 K-12 schools, the $200M DC Consolidated Laboratory Facility, the $600M Washington Nationals MLB baseball stadium, and the $1.2B Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Silver Line) as well as the $5.6 billion Light rail System known as the Purple Line that is currently under construction.

08/24/2016: Project Kick-Off - Morgan State University Student Services Center

Design work has commenced on the new Student Services Center at historic Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. The 130,000 SF facility will serve as the administrative center of MSU campus life, housing retail and auxiliary campus services, administrative office space for staff and student organizations, and a new centralized data center. The new Center, located on a prominent corner of the University, is intended to function as a key gateway to the Morgan State campus.


03/02/2016: Purple Line Transit Partners Awarded Maryland-National Capital Purple Line Project

ReStl Designers has been selected to provide Structural Engineering services as a member of the winning Purple-Line Transit Partners team led by Fluor-Atkins. In an announcement Wednesday, Maryland Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn praised the PLTP team's selection to Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain the Purple Line, a 16.2-mile light rail line connecting the Washington D.C. suburbs of Montgomery and Prince George's County, Maryland. "With great construction know-how, superior transit expertise and continued low interest rates, Purple Line Transit Partners is positioned to deliver a tremendous value to Maryland taxpayers", Mr. Rahn said in a statement released shortly after Governor Larry Hogan's announcement of the award. Valued at nearly $2.2B, the Purple Line Public-Private-Partnership represents the largest public sector contract ever awarded in the state's history.
