Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project – Silver Line Phase II - Fairfax & Loudon Counties, VA

The Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project – Silver Line Phase II is a nearly $1.2 billion expansion designed to extend Metro service from Wiehle Avenue in Fairfax County to Route 772 in Loudoun County, Virginia. This extension improves connectivity to Washington Dulles International Airport while integrating new rail lines, stations, and systems into the region’s transportation network.

As the largest of three design-build packages for Phase II, this project plays a crucial role in completing the Silver Line expansion. Once operational, it will provide seamless rail access between the District of Columbia, Dulles International Airport, and Northern Virginia, enhancing regional mobility and supporting economic growth.
