ReStl Designers provided structural engineering services for Renaissance Gardens, a 55,200 SF senior living community designed for adults aged 62 and older. This thoughtfully planned development offers 60 comfortable one-bedroom apartments, all built within a structure that balances durability, accessibility, and warmth.

Our team helped bring to life a space that promotes independent living while fostering community through expansive shared spaces. Residents enjoy access to multipurpose dining rooms, a cozy living room, a tech-friendly computer room, and multiple activity rooms—all carefully supported by a structural system that prioritizes safety and flexibility.
