1,440 additional beds and is designed under seismic category 'B'. Project also
included 40,000 square feet of renovations to areas such as the kitchen, dining
area, and lobby. |

Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Washington-Dulles International Airport - IADNew $28 million, single story steel framed structure designed to house APM
vehicles for maintenance and storage. The large clear height of the interior of
the structure allows for lifting of the vehicles using a gantry hoist system. |

Harlem Gardens Apartment Complex, Baltimore, MarylandNew 3 1/2 story apartment complex for senior citizens that includes 94 one and two bedroom units, central kitchen, community room, laundry rooms, library, secured entrance, doctor's offices, and a pharmacy. All levels are wood stud bearing walls with wood floor trusses except for the lowest level which is masonry wall bearing pre-cast plank.
