Park
$40 million project involving the renovation of 249,000 square feet of existing
space and design of a 45,000 square foot addition. The renovation involved
removing and replacing existing concrete columns and footings.

Fine Arts Center, Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland
New 3-story, 115,000 sq. ft., $34 million facility to house music, theatre, art and fine arts departments. The facility includes a 2,036 seat theatre, 271 seat recital hall, 16 dressing rooms and various other support spaces.

Airport Fire Station, Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport - HJAIA
New 21,000 sq. ft. firestation to service the 5th runway and proposed southern airport facilities. It consists of an 8,022 sq. ft. vehical storage area, 3,000 sq. ft. storage area, and 8,000 sq. ft. common and dormitory area.

Akron-Canton Airport Concourse Expansion, North Canton, Ohio
Design of new two-level four contact gate concourse involving 42,000 square feet of new construction and 27,000 square feet of renovation. The concourse includes passenger loading bridges, check-in counters, common areas, and retail and storage space.

E. Barrett Prettyman U.S Courthouse New Annex & Renovation, Washington, DC
New 250,000 square feet, $110 million annex that includes 6 floors of courtrooms and 2 levels of underground parking. The annex connects to the existing structure via bridges at each level. *The Washington Building Congress presented ReStl with a "Craftsmanship Award Winner" certificate in 2005

New $62 million, 308,000 square foot facility with a 64-bed direct supervision housing pod equipped with a multi-purpose area, laundry room, dining room, medical area, offices education/training rooms, interview room and an outdoor recreation area.

McKinley High School Renovation, Washington, DC
$45 million renovation for school originally built in the 1930's. Renovation included the addition of new stairs and shafts, renovation of the gymnasium, and the renovation of the boiler room into a media center.
