Census Bureau Parking Garages, Suitland, Maryland

New 3,100-car parking garage built in two phases, a noth curved structure of 54,200 sq. ft. and a south rectangular structure of 50,000 sq. ft. A spine with a basement and covered ground level connects the two structures, which are a combination of precast concrete and post tensioned slab.

West County Area Library, Odenton, Maryland

New $14 million, 40,000 square foot library with space for 124 people. The library includes a children's area, computer workroom, quiet rooms and reserved study spaces. The facility has a partial 'green' roof, a floating staircase, and floor to ceiling picture windows.

Harlem Gardens Apartment Complex, Baltimore, Maryland

New 3 1/2 story apartment complex for senior citizens that includes 94 one and two bedroom units, central kitchen, community room, laundry rooms, library, secured entrance, doctor's offices, and a pharmacy. All levels are wood stud bearing walls with wood floor trusses except for the lowest level which is masonry wall bearing pre-cast plank.

New $40 million, 220,000 sq. ft. reverse 'L' shape building with a 4-story main tower and an attached 2-story curved glass entrance that follows the curvature of a pond on site. A greenhouse and headhouse are located at the north end of the tower.
