ReStl Designers partnered with HOK to deliver structural engineering solutions that support the facility’s essential, around-the-clock operations.

Spanning 142,000 SF across two stories, the building includes specialized forensics laboratories requiring complex mechanical and structural coordination. ReStl’s expertise played a vital role in supporting infrastructure for steam humidification, high-performance fume hood systems, laboratory exhaust, and precise plumbing networks, including vacuum, compressed air, and reverse osmosis systems.
