Justice Park - Washington, D.C.
ReStl Designers provided structural engineering services for Justice Park, a five-story, 28-unit workforce housing development purposefully designed to serve the hard-of-hearing and deaf community. Located in Columbia Heights, this 26,600 SF building turned a previously unsafe and underutilized lot into a vibrant, community-centered living space.
The design emphasizes modern aesthetics and accessibility, featuring a lush, multi-level courtyard, covered parking, fitness room, and secure bicycle storage. Our team worked closely with architects and developers to support an innovative structure that balanced thoughtful design with budget-conscious execution, without compromising quality or comfort.
This award-winning project not only provides much-needed affordable housing but also stands as a testament to how smart structural solutions can transform space, promote inclusivity, and uplift a neighborhood.
