BACKGROUND

Mr. Mehta is a principal of this firm, responsible for the implementation of all policy decisions and operational methods. He participates in all major meetings on procedures and policies with the client, and is ultimately responsible for all work under the contract. He is an active participant on the design team, particularly during the programming and design phases of the project, and at all times, participates as an advisor to the other key members. He is fully informed of all activities in connection with the project.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

38 years of experience in the structural design and renovation of various types of structures.  His experience includes the design and renovation of complex facilities for federal, state and local government.  These projects have included extensive building systems upgrades; expansion; and façade renovations and reconfigurations.  Mr. Mehta is also familiar with designing for phased construction around facilities that must remain occupied during renovation.
